Low impact - high gains. It's time to feel those muscles firing from top to toe using functional exercises and bodyweight resistance.

Tuesday 9:15am

STRENGTH - MARIA

35 minutes
You've got this! Muscle conditioning movements to get you strong toned muscles.

40 minutes

Using controlled breathing and postural alignment this workout is aimed to increase flexibility, aid injury prevention and build core stability.

Thursday 9am

STRETCH AND ROLL - KYLIE

20 minutes

Stay injury-free by releasing tension and targeting those tight spots.

Thursday 10:15am

SWEATY HIIT - MARIA

25 minutes
High-intensity interval training is an incredibly efficient way to burn calories and getting you fitter faster.

Friday 7:30am

BUMS & TUMS - KYLIE

We work hard and get results! Targeting those abs and booty's - perfect to squeeze into a busy schedule.

Saturday 3pm
